AMSP - ANGOLAN MANAGED SERVICES PROVIDER, LDA, with headquarters in Angola, Rua Helder Neto, nº 87 Luanda – Alvalade and Portugal, Mafra Business Factory Avenida Primeiro de Maio, nº 1 2640-455, with identification number 5417442259, guarantees visitors to its websites, www.amsp.pt and www.amsp.ao, respect and comply with the provisions of the law and this Privacy Policy.
The General Data Protection Regulation defines requirements regarding the collection, storage and management of personal data, applicable to European companies and organizations that process personal data.
· Data collection and processing
The Personal Data collected and processed consists of information relating to identification data and contact data, in particular, name, email, telephone, address as well as additional information.
When visiting their websites, www.amsp.pt and www.amsp.ao, it does not automatically imply the registration of any personal data that identifies the user. However, the use of service forms may imply that users provide personal data. This "Privacy Policy”, together with the "Cookie Policy”, regulates the collection and processing of personal data provided by users, as well as the exercise of their rights in relation to this data, in accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection Data.
Through this Privacy Policy, AMSP provides the user, in accordance with their right, with information described in the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 ) and in the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 58/2019, August 8), detailed information about the nature, purpose and processing that will be carried out in relation to your Personal Data.
· What data is processed? Its purpose?
AMSP is the entity responsible for collecting and processing the personal data of users of its two websites: www.amsp.pt and www.amsp.ao. The data collected in the “schedule service” field is intended exclusively for supporting customers, in order to facilitate the delivery of better services.
The data collected is mandatory, to carry out services related to opening Tickets to provide support or to respond to information or price queries. In any case of collection, AMSP assumes that the data collected was entered by the respective holder or that its insertion was authorized by the same, being true, accurate and current.
· To whom do we communicate this data?
AMSP respects your data and does not pass it on to third parties, committing to maintain its confidentiality.
AMSP may, however, communicate your personal data in compliance with a legal obligation, a resolution from the National Data Protection Commission.
· What are the user rights?
The user has the right, at any time, to obtain from AMSP- ANGOLAN MANAGED SERVICES PROVIDER, LDA confirmation that the personal data concerning him or her are being processed, as well as access to it, which will be made available to him/her upon request, a copy of the data in question.
If the user requests the deletion of their data, AMSP adopts all necessary mechanisms to ensure that all data has been deleted.
The user may also request any additional information, namely information on the purposes of data processing and the expected period for its conservation.
The user has the right to transmit personal data that concerns him and that he has provided to AMSP, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, to another controller. Under these terms, the user may request, whenever technically possible and when legally applicable, the transmission of their personal data directly between the controllers.

What is the retention period for the collected data?
The period for which data is stored and maintained varies depending on the purpose for which the information is processed. There are legal requirements that require data to be kept for a minimum period of time. The personal data collected will be kept for the period necessary for your service. Unregistered users will be able to browse the websites freely and will therefore not be asked to provide any personal data. They can, however, if they wish, fill out the “Schedule Appointment” form, in which case they will be asked for some personal data.
The user must be aware that some information about them may be collected, even anonymously, through automatic processes (such as cookies).
What security measures are adopted?
AMSP makes its best efforts to protect users' personal data from unauthorized access via the Internet. To this end, it uses security systems, policies, rules and other procedures, in order to guarantee the protection of users' personal data, as well as to prevent unauthorized access to data, its disclosure, loss or destruction.
It is, however, the user's responsibility to ensure and ensure that the device they are using is adequately protected against malicious software and computer viruses. However, please note that whenever data collection is carried out on open networks, such as the Internet, your data may circulate without security conditions, with the risk of being seen and used by unauthorized third parties.
· Changes
AMSP reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. If the Privacy Policy is modified, the date of the last change, available at the bottom of this page, is also updated.
· Complaint request
Whenever the user considers that there is a violation of the processing of their personal data, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission or another competent control authority in accordance with the law.
· Applicable legislation
The Privacy Policy, as well as the collection, processing or transmission of User Data, are governed by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 and by the legislation applicable in Portugal.
Any disputes arising from the validity, interpretation or execution of the Privacy Policy, or which are related to the collection, processing or transmission of User Data, must be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the judicial courts, without prejudice to applicable mandatory legal standards.
